Saint Eves is a boutique home and land development in Rochedale, conceived by Verso Projects. They came to us seeking a name, a brand identity and a full rollout strategy that would elevate what can often be a challenging product to market: off-the-plan land.
The name itself carries layers of meaning. “Saint” draws inspiration from its location on Priestdale Road and “Eve” works on two levels - symbolising both life itself and the anticipation of a moment just about to begin, the eve of something new. Together, the name captures a sense of prestige, vitality and anticipation - qualities we wove through the entire brand.
Visually, we leaned into a sophisticated palette of layered greens, chosen to reflect the natural surroundings while amplifying the sense of growth and prosperity. The campaign centered around the aspirational line “A Dream to Own”, speaking directly to Australians’ enduring desire for their slice of the Great Australian Dream.
Through careful storytelling, design and strategy, Saint Eves became more than a development - it became an invitation to live with a sense of promise, prestige and possibility.
